These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Serveo platform, website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Serveo (“Serveo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.


1. About Serveo

Serveo is a physical operations management platform designed to help businesses manage real-world assets, devices, workflows, staff, and operational data across one or more locations.

Serveo is hardware-agnostic and industry-agnostic, serving businesses in hospitality, logistics, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, airports, and other physical-operations-driven industries.


2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Services.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for ensuring that your employees, contractors, or authorized users comply with these Terms.


3. Use of the Services

Permitted Use

You may use the Services only:

  • For lawful business purposes

  • In accordance with these Terms

  • Within the scope of your subscription or agreement

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services

  • Interfere with system integrity or security

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities

  • Attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts

Serveo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.


4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription.

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless required by law

  • Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed at purchase

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Serveo uses third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Square, SumUp) and does not store full payment card details.


5. Data & Privacy

Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you submit to the Services, including operational data, device metrics, and workflow configurations.

By using the Services, you grant Serveo a limited license to process this data solely to:

  • Provide and improve the Services

  • Ensure system security and reliability

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Serveo implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, role-based access control, and tenant isolation.


6. AI, Automation & Analytics

Serveo may provide AI-powered features including (but not limited to):

  • Automated workflows

  • Voice or vision-based inputs

  • Predictive analytics and insights

AI outputs are assistive in nature and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.
You remain responsible for operational decisions and compliance.


7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party tools, hardware, or services.

Serveo is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages or failures

  • Hardware malfunctions

  • Data accuracy from external systems

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.


8. Intellectual Property

All Serveo software, branding, designs, and platform components are owned by Serveo or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy or modify Serveo IP

  • Use Serveo branding without permission

  • Create derivative products based on the platform

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.


9. Availability & Service Changes

Serveo aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue features

  • Perform maintenance with or without notice

Serveo is not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption beyond what is required by law.


10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

Serveo may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • To comply with legal obligations

Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and data may be deleted according to our retention policies.


11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serveo disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Serveo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Serveo’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serveo from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
