Serveo is a physical operations management platform designed to help businesses manage real-world assets, devices, workflows, staff, and operational data across one or more locations.
Serveo is hardware-agnostic and industry-agnostic, serving businesses in hospitality, logistics, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, airports, and other physical-operations-driven industries.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Services.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
Serveo uses third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Square, SumUp) and does not store full payment card details.
5. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all business data you submit to the Services, including operational data, device metrics, and workflow configurations.
By using the Services, you grant Serveo a limited license to process this data solely to:

AI outputs are assistive in nature and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.
You remain responsible for operational decisions and compliance.

Serveo is not responsible for:

Third-party outages or failures

Hardware malfunctions

Data accuracy from external systems
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All Serveo software, branding, designs, and platform components are owned by Serveo or its licensors.

Create derivative products based on the platform
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Availability & Service Changes
Serveo aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Serveo is not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption beyond what is required by law.
